8. What’s included in a typical curated package?
Each curated package is unique, but most include:

  • Accommodations (luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or private villas)

  • Transport (airport transfers, local flights, or private drivers)

  • Guided tours and activities

  • Selected meals, depending on the itinerary

  • Support from our travel team before and during your trip

Flights to your destination are usually booked separately, but we’re happy to advise on the best routes. Everything is transparently outlined in your proposal so you know exactly what’s covered.


9. Do you handle flights and visas?
We provide guidance on flights and visa requirements, though international flights are usually booked directly by clients. For regional travel (like Nairobi to Zanzibar), we can book domestic flights on your behalf. We also assist with visa information, documentation, and travel insurance advice, so you’re never left guessing about what you need before your trip.


10. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, or activity operators). When we share your proposal, we’ll also provide the terms of cancellation specific to your package. Where possible, we try to negotiate flexible rebooking options, especially in cases of unforeseen events. Our goal is to protect your investment and give you peace of mind when making travel plans.
